Hope in Hard Times - Sow in Tears

    2 Corinthians 4:5-6

5 For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. 6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.

    Psalm 126:5-6
Those who sow in tears will reap with shouts of joy.Though one goes along weeping, carrying the bag of seed, he will surely come back with shouts of joy, carrying his sheaves.

God promises to use our present tears as the seeds of our future joys—meaning, in your suffering, you actually aren’t buried—you’re planted.

The Word of God clearly says, those who sow in tears

Every time We shed tears it is not shedding but it is sowing.
The principle of sowing is very clear – what we sow that’s what we reap.

    Your tears have value

    Psalm 56:8
You Yourself have recorded my wanderings.
Put my tears in Your bottle
Are they not in Your records?

    Ecclesiastes 11:6
Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.

    2 Corinthians 1:3-4
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, / who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God

Those who sow in tears will reap with shouts of joy.

    James 5:7-8
Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer awaits the precious fruit of the soil—how patient he is for the fall and spring rains. / You, too, be patient and strengthen your hearts, because the Lord’s coming is near.

    Romans 8:18
I consider that our present sufferings are not comparable to the glory that will be revealed in us.

    Hosea 10:12
Sow for yourselves righteousness and reap the fruit of loving devotion; break up your unplowed ground. For it is time to seek the LORD until He comes and sends righteousness upon you like rain.

    2 Corinthians 9:6
Remember this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously.

    Matthew 10:30
And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
