Grace, Love and Peace to each and everyone in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Knowing what belongs to us will give us a greater idea of who we are, what we can ask and what we can claim.
As a believer there are certain truths that we need to understand and if we don’t know or understand we will be doing everything wrong.
We have learnt so far that:
New Creation belongs
Healing Belongs to us
Blessing Belongs to us
This week we will understand that Righteousness belongs to us
2 Corinthians 5:21 – God made us righteous
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
1 Corinthians 1:30
But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,

Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens—Jesus the Son of God—let us hold fast to the confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tested in every way as we are, yet without sin. 16 Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.
Philippians 3:8-9 – By faith in Christ Jesus we become righteous
8 More than that, I also consider everything to be a loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. Because of Him I have suffered the loss of all things and consider them filth, so that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own from the law, but one that is through faith in Christ—the righteousness from God based on faith.
Romans 4:4-5
4 Now to the one who works, pay is not considered as a gift, but as something owed. 5 But to the one who does not work, but believes on Him who declares the ungodly to be righteous, his faith is credited for righteousness.
